Many people wonder if they really need a will. In fact according to one recent study 7 out of ten of us will die without leaving a will. Some people mistakenly believe that having a legal will, cause our loved ones to be hampered with extra expenses. Others do not feel they have enough assets to warrant contacting an attorney to write a will.
