Poker Fills Gap

The Chronicle of Philanthropy reported in the May 12, 2005 edition that faced with budget shortfall many nonprofits are attempting to fill the void by cashing in on a new national craze of poker tournaments. But in doing so, charities are entering a muddle of legal and moral issues that, may make charity poker tournaments too much of a gamble.
